How long does it last?

One bottle lasts about 2 weeks if you use 10ml twice a day which is the recommended dose. So, you initially need 2 bottles per month. Once you have reached your target weight, you use less to 'maintain' and can therefore go down to 1 bottle per month.

 

Should I just take or extra strong?

If you have less than 5kg to lose, just use the normal GBJ. If you have more than 5kg or have stubborn fat or are severely overweight, I recommend extra strength.

 

What flavours are there?

Berry, Citrus Buzz, Sour Apple, and Blue Raspberry - it's all about personal taste. All the flavors come in a kelp-free option as well.

 

What is the kelp-free option?

It is only for people who have an allergy. Kelp is what iodine is made of, so if you are allergic to iodine then there is an option to order it without the kelp.

 

How should I drink it?

You drink the Gummy Berry Juice as is, do not dilute it.

For regular users as an appetite suppressant with or without a specific eating plan: You drink 10ml in the morning and 10ml in the afternoon. You must take your afternoon dose before 2 o'clock otherwise, you will not be able to fall asleep in the evening!

For people who only want to maintain their weight (ie do not specifically want to lose weight but also do not want to gain weight) use 5ml in the morning and 5ml in the afternoon.

If you feel you are still getting too hungry, go back to the usual dose or order the extra strong.

 

If this is your first time using Gummy Berry Juice, it should be taken as follows:

  • Day 1: 5ml in the morning AFTER breakfast, 5ml in the afternoon AFTER lunch and always before 2pm.

  • Day 2: 10ml in the morning AFTER breakfast, 5ml in the afternoon AFTER lunch and always before 2pm.

  • Day 3+: 10ml in the morning AFTER breakfast, 10ml in the afternoon AFTER lunch and always before 2pm.

If you feel shaky after increasing the dose, go back to the previous day's dosage.

 

If you start with extra strong GBJ and did not even use the normal strength, and you have never used a diet product before, please use the product as follows:

  • Day 1 and Day 2: 5ml in the morning AFTER breakfast 5ml in the afternoon AFTER lunch and always before 2pm!

  • Day 3 and Day 4: 10ml in the morning AFTER breakfast, 5ml in the afternoon AFTER lunch and always before 2pm!

  • From Day 5+: 10ml in the morning AFTER breakfast, 10ml in the afternoon AFTER lunch and always before 2pm!

Are there any side effects?

Any product that your body is not used to can give you side effects, even if they are from natural ingredients. The 'white kidney bean' and natural caffeine in the GBJ can make you feel a little shaky at first or make your heart beat faster. Make sure you drink it only AFTER you have eaten and that you drink A LOT of water. Within 3 to 5 days, all side effects should disappear. If not, halve your dosage.

 

Are there people who are not allowed to use it?

Yes, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have heart disease, please do not use it. However, it is safe for diabetics, asthma sufferers, and people with high or low blood pressure. It is always a good idea to discuss any supplement you are using with your doctor or clinic nurse.
